Hi! I'm Maddie!
If you haven't had a chance to check out my website and you don't know who I am, hey! I'm Maddie. I'm 24 years old, obsessed with the color pink, and want to take your picture! I've wanted to do photography for years now and last year, I realized there will never be the "perfect time" to start something new. So here we are, and I dove head first into it! It has been so worth it already, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me!
If you ever want to do something, just DO IT! The reward will out weigh the risk! I have seen it first hand! I have also met some of the best people from starting my business which is just another added bonus.
Since I'm still a little green, you may be wondering what gear I use (if you're a photographer or know cameras, that is). I photograph on a Canon r6 with a RF 24-70 f/2.8 camera and lens! I LOVE my set up. It's perfect for weddings, couples, portraits, literally everything!
Now you're probably wondering why I love weddings and couples so much. You see, I am a sucker for a good love story. I have also always (attempted lol) matchmaking (since like 7th grade... and no, none of my couples got married!) so I really just love love. I know, it's so cliche but it's very true! I never expected to wind up in the wedding industry, especially because I just got married in May 2022. Sometimes God takes you funny places, and I honestly love and thrive being at weddings! I will cry at your first look, your father daughter dance, and you walking down the aisle. I will also make sure your special moments are captured exactly how you envision them.
As far as couples go, whether you've been together years or months, I think every moment deserves to be celebrated! I have also captured proposals and once again, yes, I cried at both (secretly!). I just love seeing people in love. That's really it. I want you to love everything about your photos, because a lot of planning and prepping goes into your session whether you know it or not!
